The Tyrol and Bavaria
This stay in the Tyrol and Bavaria makes you discover a lot of different landscapes and many cultural mutualities between the Tyrol and Bavaria. Accommodated in the Tyrol, you will make excursions to Bavaria, a very nice country with romantic hills and fairy-tales like castles, but you will also be impressed by the beauty of the mountains in the Tyrol.
1st day: Innsbruck - Check-in
Arrival in Innsbruck in the morning, guided tour of Innsbruck (old town), admission to the city tower and the church of the royal court (admission charges included). In the afternoon visit of the alpine zoo (funicular to the zoo and admisson fee incl) Leisure time and at the end of the afternoon check-in at the pension in the region Innsbruck - Wörgl. Dinner and night.
2nd day: Neuschwanstein
After breakfast departure direction Reutte - Füssen and visit of the castle Neuschwanstein (free entrance for school groups with written confirmation of school). Packed lunch. Continuation past Garmisch-Partenkirchen, well known skiing centre, where the Olympic winter games took place in 1936 and Mittenwald with its nice houses in the Bavarian style. Dinner and night.
3rd day: Berchtesgaden and Salzburg
Full - day excursion to Berchtesgaden and Salzburg. In the morning, visit of the salt mines in Berchtesgaden (admission charge incl.). Wearing traditional miner's dress, you will be taken into the interior by a mine train, continuation via downhill slides to a lake with its raft. Packed lunch. In the afternoon visit of Salzburg (without guide), the town where Mozart was born. Leisure time in town and back to the pension. Dinner and night
4th day: Munich and departure
After breakfast departure for Munich. In the morning visit of the Deutsches Museum, the most important technical museum in the world (admission charge not included, it is to be paid directly). Packed lunch. In the afternoon visit of Munich (without guide). Leisure time in town and dinner in a typical restaurant in town (incl). Departure and end of our services
